Ryan Gill is a sixth-generation Floridian and dedicated cattle rancher, deeply rooted in the rich agricultural heritage of Southeast Hillsborough County. Born and raised in East Hillsborough, Ryan’s family has cultivated the same land for over 120 years. Alongside his wife of 18 years, Kaylie Gill, and their four children—Eli, Ella, Cuttler, and Emma Grace—Ryan continues to uphold the family legacy and plays a pivotal role in managing the family farming and ranching operations. In 2022, Ryan was honored as the Farm Credit Agriculturalist of the Year, recognizing his commitment to sustainable farming practices. His leadership extends to various organizations, where he serves on the boards of the Plant City Chamber, the Agriculture and Green Industry Committee, the Tony Saladino High School Baseball Tournament Committee, the Hillsborough County Cattlemen’s Association, and the Hillsborough County Cattlemen’s Foundation. Additionally, Ryan is the chairman of the Beef Breed Show at the Florida Strawberry Festival, showcasing his dedication to promoting the cattle industry.
