I will examine the current process, find the gaps, and propose solutions to close them.
I believe that every legal vote should be counted accurately, and every voter should have full confidence in the integrity of our elections. Election integrity is not about partisanship, it is about trust, transparency, and accountability at every step of the process. My priority is to strengthen the systems we already have in place by reinforcing safeguards, improving oversight, and increasing transparency. Florida already utilizes paper ballots, which is a critical foundation for secure elections. I support enhancing that foundation with additional protections that ensure every ballot is accounted for and protected from the moment it is issued to the moment it is counted. This includes strengthening chain-of-custody procedures so that ballots are tracked, secured, and verified at every stage. Every transfer of ballots should be documented, monitored, and handled with clear accountability. I will examine the current process, find the gaps, and propose solutions to close them. I also support the use of additional physical security measures, such as enhanced ballot materials and safeguards to further protect against tampering or duplication. A reasonable solution is watermarked paper ballots for this specific purpose. Transparency is equally important. Voters deserve to see how elections are conducted. I support expanding public access and observation opportunities, as well as increasing visibility into ballot processing and tabulation procedures. When the process is open and

Proposed bill would amend Chapter 2026-65 of Florida statutes, to protect water resources, agricultural land, and the electric grid while enabling compact, high-performance digital infrastructure TAMPA, FL — July 21, 2026 — Angel Ramos, candidate for the Florida House of Representatives in District 64, today announced proposed legislation to establish minimum statewide resource-efficiency standards for covered data centers. The proposed bill would amend Chapter 2026-65 of Florida statutes, to prioritize high-density solid-state storage, prohibit routine consumptive water use for cooling information technology equipment, prevent unnecessary conversion of agricultural land, and set strict energy-intensity limits—directly encouraging the industry-wide transition from traditional hard-disk drives (HDDs) to modern flash and successor technologies. The proposal responds to surging demand for artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital storage while ensuring Florida’s water resources, electric infrastructure, agricultural lands, and communities are protected. Advances in data-storage technology, cooling systems, building design, and energy efficiency now make it possible to deliver greater computing and storage capacity using far less land, water, and electricity. Key provisions of the proposed bill include: No routine water use for cooling : Covered data centers would be prohibited from using potable water, groundwater, surface water, or reclaimed water for routine consum

Angel Ramos Introduces Plan to Lower Real Estate Property Insurance Costs Through Fire Station Expansion and Stronger Emergency Response By: Elect Angel Ramos Campaign TAMPA, Fla. - April 20, 2026 - PRLog -- Hillsborough County, FL — Today, I am announcing a forward-thinking proposal to help lower real estate property insurance costs, strengthen public safety, and invest in Florida's long-term future by proposing a bill only activated during years of Florida's budget surplus to expand fire station capacity statewide. Florida families and businesses are being crushed by rising real estate property insurance premiums and many communities are also facing increased demands on emergency services due to rapid growth. I believe we can address both challenges at the same time through smart emergency infrastructure investment that protects families and delivers lasting value. My proposal, the Florida Emergency Response & Insurance Relief Act , would create a statewide matching grant program, only activated during years of budget surplus, to help counties and municipalities build new fire stations and modernize existing facilities. By strategically improving fire protection systems and emergency response times, communities can strengthen their ISO Public Protection Classification ratings, one of the key factors insurance companies use when pricing homeowners and commercial property policies. Florida is projected to have a $3.8 billion budget surplus for the 2026–2027 fiscal year. Read

L2 Aviation led the certification effort, including engineering, integration, and test activities required to achieve FAA approval. Developed by Klatt Works , the SAVED system is a mask-integrated vision solution designed to support pilots during cockpit smoke emergencies. Dense smoke conditions can rapidly degrade visibility and increase pilot workload during critical phases of flight. The SAVED system provides real-time nose camera video and head-up display (HUD) data directly within the oxygen mask, allowing pilots to maintain situational awareness and safely control the aircraft. As a follow-on to the STC approval, L2 Aviation has also been awarded FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) for the manufacturing of installation kits supporting the SAVED system on G550 aircraft.
